MIXER SRL offers post-sales and customer support, whose services include:

– Spare parts supply: we keep providing our big warehouse with most requested items in order to supply spare parts as fastest as we can

– Support to the customer thanks to our qualified technicians or to our network of external experts, spread across the national and international territory. We ensure interventions in case of both breakdown and ordinary maintenance.

– Support by phone or mail. Our technicians are at disposal for solving doubts or giving advice for use and maintenance.

– Technical material to be sent via mail. If needed, we can provide manuals, electrical diagrams and spare parts lists to our customers.
